Magellan Capital is committed to the highest standards of corporate governance and ethical standards. We believe that good ethics and good business go hand in hand.

We do not work with any clients engaged in the defence industry or those whose core activity contributes to global climate change. Instead we focus on activities where we can have a positive and sustainable impact- socially, environmentally and economically.

Magellan has a comprehensive range of policies and systems in place to ensure that we are well-managed, with effective oversight and control.

Our policies on anti-money laundering, sanctions, and anti-bribery and corruption aim to ensure that risks are appropriately mitigated.

We use a consistent risk management framework at all levels of the organisation and across all risk types. It sets out governance and structures, responsibilities and processes in monitoring, managing and mitigating the risks we accept and incur in our activities. The framework is underpinned by our conservative risk culture and is reinforced by our values and ethics.
